We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products.
To request a refund:
- Email support@scalewithjaryd.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Strategy Sessions
Strategy Command Sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Retainer Services
Retainer agreements can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of refund policy
- Violation of terms of service
- Fraudulent activity
